"Great for convenience shopping, but really overpriced. I try to avoid it, but that's hard to do, so I end up going a few times a month. The cell phone reception in there is terrible and my tin foil hat theory is that they don't want you to check the prices and other stores or shop on Amazon to see how much they are ripping you off."
"Awful. The lake Saint Louis store has been the worst, Miya the manager has avoided me and pushed off her duties to another employee who is incompetent. Showing not a care in the world if I get my refund or not. She acted as if it wasn’t her problem and literally laughed about it to my face. Long story short, I returned some product in which case they needed to write me a check to refund the money. It’s been 7 weeks and still no money. $1895 worth of money that is. The customer service has been atrocious through out this whole process. Customer care has literally not helped at all. They have my product and my money and won’t refund the money. Zero sense of urgency. Demetrius has also been of no help. He told me he submitted to a check refund on a Thursday and guaranteed it would be there the following Monday. Well it wasn’t, then he proceeded to lie about submitting the claim, I found out through customer care that the claim was never made. So he just lied straight to my face. The lack of respect, customer service and urgency just lost them a customer. I’ll make sure everyone finds out about how poorly I’ve been treated during this process. And as you can see below. The “feedback” from the owner is ALWAYS for us to contact customer service. What a lazy way of resolving an issue. This is exactly why I won’t be doing anymore business with Lowe’s."
"Kyle in the lawn and garden department went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me select, purchase, & load a 140 pound electric fireplace yesterday. It was like a blast from the past when the customer experience use to be a focus when you shopped anywhere. He made numerous trips to the stock room to gather information regarding shipments, assembly, & product information that helped me make the right decision. Then he pulled it from the back, walked me up to the front, checked me out himself, and then he recruited Beth (who was also super amazing) to curbside load this monster box in my SUV. It was the total VIP treatment. What an amazing associate you all have… I hope you take good care of him and groom him to into a leadership position that can inspire others to be great. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received, thank you again Kyle!"
"I was a big fan of Lowes and used to go to Lake Saint Louis location for every small thing and I trusted them with Deck build up and it's a total bummer. Signed contract in Feb 2023 Deck build started May 2023 Now it's 2 months and still it not completed. I am surprised Lowe's can not coordinate with their contractors on delivering all the material. Lowe's doesn't care if the entire project is completed or not. Contractors left the work in between saying they will complete it once the missing piece is delivered and left all the debris in the yard. I have been following up with the Lowe's deck installation guys and no proper updates Adding pictures of the work done"
