"Came through on a Saturday 2 hours from home. Needed a quick tire repair, I suspected it was the valve stem. I asked the guys at the counter if they had time to do a quick repair. They stated yes and told me it would be 1.5 to 2 hours. I said thank you but I was hoping for something quicker than that. I went to leave and one of the guys was rude and told me it takes over an hour to patch a tire from the inside. I took it to Walmart and they had me going 30 minutes after walking in the door and there was a car in front of me. If it takes your tire technician an hour to do a tire repair you better find better technicians."

"Brought my car in to get a slow leaking tire repaired. Within 2 days had to add air again. I live 45 minutes away. We had a snow storm. I added air 3 or 4x in 8 days. Returned to shop to try to fix again. Was told by Matt, "sure but it will take a few hours". When I said I don't have that kinda time, Matt was hesitant to give me a refund because, "it's been 8 days. You could have picked up a nail in that time". Will never return."
