"One of the nicer Club car washes in the area. Added bonus is they have air lines at vacuums which I loved. Could blow out the vents and blow water from behind my emblems so they didn't drip. I'd go out of my way to go to this location specifically."
"Buyer BEWARE! I went today to get a simple car wash and chose the Rookie for $10.00. My truck did not get clean and looked like it was just sprayed off with water. I went to the manager to ask him why the back of the truck was not touched at all and it looks like it was just rinsed. He said the rookie car wash does not guarantee a clean car and would not clean the truck again. He said that is their policy but when looking at all the signs no where does it say rookie car wash does NOT guarantee a clean car. I would recommend Detail Driven across the street as they are $2.00 cheaper and wipe the car down to ensure its clean."
"Like every club carwash they have black 300gsm microfibers and free air and vacuums. This one is a new build so the equipment is new and in great shape. Cleans your car pretty well."
"I love this location. Always very friendly, clean and good customer service. Do wish they would turn the water on the floor mat cleaners when it is nice enough during the winter. I get turning them off during freezing weather (you should disconnect the spigot as well). but we have many nice days in the winter they could simply hook them up and turn them on for the day. My daughter and i have passes and love this location as well as the other right up the road."
"Very unprofessional manager, I had gotten tinted windshield and refuse to put sticker in my window. I used it in on a card I would hold up to get my washes mind you this is the same registered with my vehicle with the sticker in my door jam. Which other locations has had 0 issues with, she will terminate my account she claimed call corporate and found out she can’t do this. This is ridiculous and I will not sign back up and charge back if they wish to charge me, however the corporate rep I spoke with super nice however."
