Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"I rented a car for a weekend. It was a nice car but over $100 to rent a car for two days before insurance. I prepaid for gas cause they said it would be cheaper, I returned the car on 1/4 a tank and they still charged me for returning it on empty. I just need to find a different rental place because that was way to much. Also the car didn't look as though it was cleaned between uses."

"The vehicle I picked up on 7/10/2024 was FILTHY. There was pet hair through out the van which took about 30 mins. The windshield had little smudges all over it which appeared as the nose print of an animal possibly. The veh smelled like pets as well. Clearly the veh had not been detailed before renting out again. Just popped a Clorox wipe in the vehicle. Rcvd a voicemail from Joe on 7/15 from a Joe asking me to shout him out. Hard to do when the person who helped me never introduced himself and actually rushed through the vehicle inspection process..I had to go back inside to grab another rep and have them come look at a chip in the windshield. By far the WORST experience I’ve ever had with an Enterprise location. The vehicle performed welll overall and no major issues I dropped the veh off at 5:44 p.m. on Sunday July 14, 2024, yet they still have it as being returned on 7/15, 2024 @ 7:48 a.m."

"This location was nothing short of amazing! From picking me up at the body shop, to helping me pick out the right rental for me, to even picking my rental car up at the body shop I left it at to receive my own personal vehicle. The guys were all very helpful and showed that they cared about the work they do. Would recommend this location to anybody in need of a rental!"

"I was fortunate to get a vehicle at the last minute, but the car was not serviced before I drove it. The check engine light came on and the car started over heating. I called this branch and emailed my receipts, so I will see if and when they reimburse me. I was told that at the final closing of the bill they will deduct the cost. I am still waiting..."
