"These guys are honest and fair. Took my escalade in and they did the best they could to figure out what was going on, had it for a week. Narrowed it down to what was most probable to be wrong with it, but actually suggested a place that could test it to make sure it was that part before spending the $ on it without 100% certainty. Most shops wouldn’t turn a customer somewhere else and would just say that part definitely needed changed. On top of that, they kept me updated a few times throughout the time they had my vehicle, AND even though they could have charged much more for all the labor hours that went into diagnosing and working on possible fixes, they only charged $240 when I picked it up. That’s how you get repeat customers because most shops would have charged much more. I wish it were simpler and wish I had it driving when I picked it up, but they were fair, honest, and cool enough to recommend a place they were sure would be able to definitively let me know if it was the part they suspected it to be. Will use them again in future if needed."
