"O'Reilly touts free battery installation but when I went there ,no such luck. Understaffed and unknowing techs made the experience frustrating. My car stalled in the lot and even their battery jumper failed. I did it myself."

"Went in for wipers. Man standing outside smoking greeted us. Man behind the counter never spoke. We found our own blades as the man that was outside now stood in the next aisle "monitoring" our every move. Never once spoke to us. Went to pay where other man was on his phone and was an inconvenience for him to get off. Asked to have the wipers installed and that was a total inconvenience even though the sign out front says they do. Complained the whole time with the f word as a prevalent language. Said we bought the wrong blades Went back inside to the computer where it was discovered we did not. Came back outside to another round of expletives and throwing wipers on the ground and he became frustrated. Sad to say but in the end we should have went somewhere else. We got them installed and will never return."

"As a person who doesn't really understand cars at all I usually go into an auto parts store and find someone there to help me the first person I talked to was ridiculously, hilariously, unhelpful. He would not show me where the product was or help me decide what I actually needed. The second person I spoke to did help me with both the oil and the antifreeze. But I almost went somewhere else before trying to ask another person. And I only asked again because I was desperate and afraid to drive my car"
