It was clear that we were waiting for her and we were in a rush, so we had to ask for another employee to help us. Whoever that woman is, focus on your work and not your nails."

"The lady at the customer service/ returns had an attitude and was so mean. Took back a battery that i bought last november or december but i lost the receipt. They told me No. We can't help you without receipt. A friend of mine had the same situation before but they gave him a store credit so he did not have to pay full price for a new battery. Bad experience"

"I dealt with the most rude customer service person I’ve ever dealt with. I was returning a paint sprayer without a receipt. The box has never been opened and I didn’t use it all. Instead of looking into the policy which I asked for. Jennifer kept pointing to the returns poster board and had the audacity to say we have the right to refuse any return instead of looking at the product and seeing that it had never been opened or used. If that is a Menards policy there has to be some exceptions for a brand new item that will get placed back on the shelf. This will probably make me switch my major retail location for hardware items. Just ridiculous. Horrible policy and horrible customer service. Photos to prove this item hasn’t been opened."
