"Came here to fix a simple taillight in my new car, continued to make me wait an hour to tell me they don’t have the light in inventory. Left the dealership and 15 minutes later my car goes into limp mode and is now out of commission. Went back to dealership and was told that my car got an inspection as well, even though I was never told that prior. Even said they inspect vehicles no matter what to find issues so they can charge you. Except my vehicle was “inspected” and broke down 10 min later. The thing is they inspected the vehicle, and claimed my vehicle had error codes prior to coming in but never told me leaving the dealership. Very interesting lol it was driving perfectly fine before I got there with no warning lights or malfunctions,and leaving the dealership I have all 3 malfunctions. Quite the coincidence. Not being very transparent really hurt their credibility. Won’t come here again, unprofessional at best"
