"I took my car to smart auto just a few weeks ago got it back Friday it didn't make it to my house due to it over heating because the coolant fan was not kicking on and my coolant cap was not correctly put on as well and I also have scratchs on my vehicle that was not their before and they said it had a small oil leak witch turned out to be a oil leak from multiple point on the vehicle witch they did not fix my issuance paid out alittle over 4100 and I paid 500 for them to fix my vehicle and it is in worse shape then it was when I took my vehicle to their location and is not drivable, I still have many issue with my vehicle and when I had told them about this all they had to say about it is bring it back Monday in witch I can't trust a shop that doesn't even know how to put a coolant cap on correct this was a horrible experience. on top of them almost never responded to my calls in the 2 weeks they had my vehicle, people told me they ware one of the best shops in Davenport for all around service but I haven't seen it ... Paying all that money and the vehicle not even making it to my place and having extra damage on the body from their shop I would not recommend this shop to anyone !!!!"

"It was a last minute decision to look at cars & possibly but one. Zina came over, listened to what we needed & we test drove 3 cars with no stress or pushing from her. The one we fell in love with was actually leaving the lot as it had been sitting there too long, but she worked with the manager & us to hold the vehicle back until we could get the financing situated with our bank & we went home so very happy 3 days later. She even called me yesterday to check in and see if there was anything we needed or of we had any questions on the vehicle. She was great to work with & our vehicle is a dream!"
