"... I purchased a 2009 Chevy Silverado from there and 5 days after i took possession of said truck, the wheel bearing went out, that caused dammage to the cv axle and other important components. I understand that I bought the truck "AS IS".... But 5 days and something major like this breaks....im having to put almost $4000 into it now....Yes i test drove the truck and didn't hear or feel anything that would indicate it needed repaired. I have called and left several messages with a salesman named Mike. I asked him several times to please have the owner Mike or Terri contact me. NOT only once but several times, Everytime I call, neither Mike nor Terri are "available" so I leave a message with salesman Mike, just to have no response. 3 weeks have passed since the purchase and I have called numerous times since and still get no returned phone call at all... very unprofessional if you ask me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS DAVENPORT "LEMON"-AIDE STAND! gave 1 star because we are required too.... 0 Star rating from me"

"I bought a vehicle in January of this year from them. At first, I thought they seemed very genuine and trustworthy. They even "knocked off $1,000" from the price to help me out because I am on a bit of a budget. I had asked if the oil was good and also the tires. I was told yes to both. I had noticed the sticker in the window had an odd date but I just chalked it up to maybe them possibly writing the wrong year. First problem I had was the power steering started acting up like the VERY next day, no lie. My boyfriend is a mechanic and found that I had a leak in a line. We're sure they knew about it and had just been covering it up by filling it with power steering fluid every time we came there. When I came to pick it up, it was running, which I found seemed to help with the noise after filling it. We got it fixed but this is something they could've done themselves or been up front about but instead, chose to not tell me and I found out for myself. Mind you, I had to fill the fluid nearly every day due to the leak so I know it wasn't something that had JUST happened. Second, the sway bar on the front right side needs replaced but that's not a huge deal. The next thing though was my dad randomly checked my oil and fluids and said he could hardly even get a reading on the stick and the oil looked dirty. There have also been no lights indicating any maintenance needed so I'm not sure why because he definitely did. I went to get my oil changed and was told one of the tires was too worn to rotate. The last thing is the brake pads and rotors on the back have been grinding for a couple weeks now but I haven't had a chance to get it done yet. My point is, I've only had the car for 2 months and already I'm having to replace things that should've been looked at or replaced when they got it. They had it for about 9 months according to CarFax. I also haven't received my plates and when I called to talk to them, I left a message and didn't hear anything back until I called my bank to make sure they even received the title and my bank called them or the title agency, I'm not totally sure. It's been kind of a bittersweet deal because I'm in the process of getting a divorce and I didn't have my OWN vehicle until this. I honestly would NOT recommend them."

Every time, I have been treated so kindly and the owners, Mike and Terri, always go the extra mile to make sure I am getting the best possible deal for the car that meets my needs. Their vehicles are in good condition, the history of the vehicle is provided and the outstanding service is the most important part of the whole process. After having lost my last car in an accident, I was able to drive away with a even nicer car than I lost!
