"If I could I would give negative stars…. We stood inside for 20 minutes no one even seemed to notice we were even there even called the business number while standing there no answer… then waited around another 20 minutes or so I seen two impalas that we liked this place is a joke went to dream team auto the lady was extra nice and even called bolt motors to tell them I was just there and I was gonna be on my way back over there SMH you guessed it still no answer not gonna waste my time, energy or money at this place good luck staying in business at that rate update 2years later and this place is still a joke smh how do I keep seeing people driving around with their plates but you don’t get customer service I am confused"

"When I bought the car I was dealing with a Carrie - Very professional and kind! I called back in 4 weeks to tell them I have NOT received my title and the other car fob! Carrie has moved on and I had to deal with the most unprofessional, rude and bitc** person named Amy. She said she has no idea where things are. She also said she would call back next day and of course she never called back!!! So I called the manager Mike- nice guy and thought he would take care of things? I called Mike the manager back after 6 weeks of nothing and he did not answer his phone. Bought this car six weeks ago and still have not received the title yet! Also waiting on the 2nd car fob that they have! !!!im going to keep an up date on all this every 2 days and rating this till I get my title and car fob!!!!"

"Do not buy a car from them. Lady that sold me a car told me they changed the battery before I purchased it. The NEXT day it started dying and had to be jumped everytime it was turned off. Took it back she said she thought they changed the battery but they didn’t. Car was gone for a few days, got it back and heat wasn’t working and it started overheating. I took it back again. I was told it would be fixed within a week, AFTER 2 weeks it still wasn’t fixed and was offered a refund. I had stuff in my car including my daughters expensive stroller nice jumper cables I had to get for the car when it started dying a car charger and phone cord and perfume, since they don’t fix their cars there, it’s an offsite garage or whatever, I was told they would give me a call when the car was back so I could get my stuff out of it. It has been a month I have not heard anything, until today and most times when calling they don’t answer. I was just told that there was no need to inform me of it after I got my refund, but will let me know if any of my stuff is still in there."

"I bought a car back in December of 2022 and just recently got the title in February of 2023, the lady who sold me the car said it would take about 30 days for the title to come and then had to extend my temporary plates when my title still hadn't come in. I called multiple times to check to see if my title came in before receiving it and the lady always said they'd give me a call when it came in. I called about 3 weeks into February and she said they did have my title but I still never received a call saying they had it. The car I purchased from them runs fine for the most part, but it has an alignment problem and jolts when is idling. Just recently it has started to make a weird noise as if I'm driving an electric toy car. I also can only take the key out of the ignition if the gear button is pushed out and sometimes it gets stuck. Overall the service isn't bad the lady is super nice and reasonable but I'm not sure the cars are worth the price they are selling them for."
