"I’m so disappointed and feel violated. I Went in the store to get information on how to fix my bill. DJ Jones kept asking me to put in my password and talking sexual jesters to me after looking at my personal pics. Even gave me me his business card with his personal number on it saying I can contact him anytime. DJ Jones texted me a day later asking if I had a man on his personal phone I didn’t respond at all. I’m so disgusted about this. Come to find out he did this to my friend as well a couple months prior. Asked my friend does she do drugs and sent this picture"

"Stopped by with my father in the early afternoon to get a new phone ordered for him after his previous phone died on him. The associate who helped us, DJ, was very helpful and explained all the details that my father needed to know about his new phone and was enthusiastic about his work. It's run very well from what I saw and the employees knew what they needed to do. If you have T-mobile or are thinking of switching to them in this area. This is a good store to go to to get things sorted out."

"This is a 5 star rating for Don & the DJs (not a boyband despite what it sounds like). All super knowledgeable & willing to help. The store can get kind of busy but they help customers efficiently. Don’t bother going anywhere else."

"If I could, I would give less than 1 star. I went there to setup a new service (march), the person that attended me was nice, but he didn’t pay attention when I told him that I would like to set up auto pay. He didn’t and after 1 month my service was interrupted because the payment was not made, and I had to pay 300 to reconnect (I was supposed to pay 200 monthly). And after my auto pay was settled up, the T-Mobile cheated me 226.00 (they told me I would pay 185 monthly). I don’t understand what happens with people that works at this place that give to the customer the wrong information."

"I had the pleasure of working with a great store manager, and one other member of the team by the name of DJ I came in with a promotional text on my phone that was true iPhone 15 plus on them they were so great . Very friendly and also professional fun a great environment and very knowledgeable and aware of any and all plans and promotional plans and services. Very attentive to the customer and made my time pleasant. They greeted and knowledge you right away they multitasked and kept the flow of the store moving very professional. You didn’t feel like you were forgetting about and I greatly appreciated that. I appreciate great customer service because with my job I try every day to give that same level of great customer service as well. Thanks T-Mobile Team at Fairview Heights store on Frey Ln,IL.
