"Kohl’s credit card policies are horrible, I am canceling my card and I will never shop at this store again! Because my payment was a little late and I had available credit, they declined my $11 charge! I’ve been sick and unable to work. When I get this card paid off, I’m done with this store. I called CS and they couldn’t have cared less that I was embarrassed at the register when I had more than enough to cover my purchase plus had made a $125 return. I’m so upset! Horrible company!"

"I hadn't been here in a while, mostly because it's not a store I frequent a lot. I love their inventory of clothes. They had some great sales, and you can find a variety of clothing based on what you are looking for. They carry a lot of named brand merchandise, so you don't have to go to the mall or individual store to find what you want. The shoe section was pretty bland to me, but I did find a comfortable pair of sneakers on sale for $19. Overall, it is a one-stop shop because they sell a variety of clothes and household items, so you don't have to go to three or four stores to get what you want."
