"Ian Reilly was very unhelpful, he gave me a sticky note of information with my supposed “account number” on it along with a phone number for apple care. Go to call it, enter in my account number, for them to tell me it’s not on file. Hmm so are you guys just charging me whatever you want? Because my bill hasn’t been the same for 3 payments now, I’m just wondering when you guys actually want to cooperate before I leave a review on everyone that works there! Ian needs more training on customer service, because he’s terrible at communicating and helping people with their problems, especially when it comes to phone bills. My phone bill is too high and he wouldn’t help at all, we need better workers, we need Rodger back!"

"ROGER IS THE BEST!!! seriously I’ve had a problem with my phone for months, was constantly dropping calls and couldn’t send any text messages and I took my phone to multiple t-mobile stores, and they said they couldn’t do anything for me but trade my phone in which was ridiculous. Roger looked into my phone , found out the exact problem and fixed it within seconds! Highly recommend him if you’re having phone issues!"
