"If I could give no stars, I would. Bought a BRAND NEW washer from this store in August and it already stopped washing in December. We told the sales man how many people we had in the house and he recommended our washes and said it was such a good brand, durable, the quality was phenomenal etc. It took this company A WEEK to get out to see our washer and TWO WEEKS to get the “parts” to fix the washer. The repair guy came and “fixed” our washer. Told us it was “usable” but just needed a new piece to get rid of some “loud noise” NO. The washer never got fixed. The loud noise is it NOT SPINNING, NOT WASHING my clothes. Their warranty only offers you a 50 dollar refund to go to a laundry mat. Close to a MONTH of using a laundry mat and they are only refunding 50 dollars. HA! Never buying from this company again. I would rather buy a used appliance than buy a new one from them again. 20/10 do not recommend."
"BUYERS BEWARE If you buy ZUB ZERO from Grand Appliance you will not be able to get service!!!!! Go to ZEGLINS they will service SUB ZERO. Grand Appliance won’t tell you they have no techs for SUB ZERO. Sounds like I’m not the only one dissatisfied with Grand and their repair service.Straight up horrible, worst I’ve ever dealt with and still dealing with. I bought an under counter panel ready kitchen aid drawer fridge/freezer. Had it installed by a guy recommended from my salesman Eugene, he was a subcontractor for Grand but had since retired but still did side work. He was and is excellent. Anyhow the ice maker made ice 1 time and never again. This all started in April of 2023 after numerous repair visits and replacing their best guess part- parts , because nobody could figure it out they decided to have whirlpool come out and he said it was the ice maker which grand claimed to have replaced but he couldn’t find a order for a replacement on this particular unit , hmmmm weird since grand replaced it 2 times if you ask them, but still the whirlpool guy came back 2 days later and replaced the ice maker but still no ice so he immediately filed it as non repairable. Ok so now they are going to give me a new unit. Several weeks go by and they call to say it’s in and I asked for the guy that had retired to install my new unit and my salesman said no it had to be their guys. Not really liking that idea I told him , but he assured me they were good and would be able to remove the panels and put on the new unit. Well not so much not only did he damage the panel he tried to hide it. I had other contractors in my home when they were installing this unit so I wasn’t able to babysit the whole time. After everyone had gone I started looking the fridge over and noticed the bottom drawer panel wasn’t flush with the fridge drawer I could see the screw between the fridge drawer and the panel there was a gap on the top left side. I thought he didn’t get the screw tight so I tried to tighten it and it just spun. I knew right then he had messed something up. He missed the original previous drilled hole. I took the panel off, ( 4 screws, one on each corner ) and not only did he miss the hole but he used a drywall screw instead. I’m guessing he lost one of the original screws somewhere, possibly under the beverage center where this fridge is installed , regardless he damaged my panel. So now I’m dealing with Grand on my damaged panel. What a nightmare this has been never seen so much incompetence at a business ever, and like another customer had said no one is held accountable and the store is helpless with your problems. Can’t do anything, but give you a customer service number in Wisconsin i believe. Then you get the pleasure of speaking with Joshua what a joke. That guy just repeats himself constantly. Plus he has made some very weird and unprofessional comments as well. I will never buy from this store again and it’s all because of their repair department. Its absolutely the worst I’ve ever had to deal with, do yourself a favor and shop someplace else. When you read all the bad reviews it all stems from their service department which is straight up god awful. It looks like some people have had good luck but those seem to be the ones that don’t need to call for repair. Hopefully they never have to use their service department I will feel your pain if you do. If you care about repair services DO NOT BUY FROM GRAND APPLIANCE. If this by chance gets resolved to my satisfaction I will repost the outcome. Until then, Thanks for listening."
"Knowledgable staff, and fast & friendly delivery drivers! Highly recommend! Our oven went out just before Christmas, and couldn't be fixed. Went here first before going to box stores, ended up coming right back. Staff was more knowledgeable, more helpful, better prices and actually had stove in stock available for delivery."
"Purchase experience was great. Install was quick and easy. Some scratches on the door but seem to have come from factory that way because I didn’t see the installers hit anything. Grand is taking care of us getting techs out to replace the doors with new ones so good experience on the service side so far too."
