"Very rude worker. As me and my family waited for 7 long days to find out if a kitten that was in my yard had rabies the worker here had no empathy. We brought a dead kitten in Saturday to the shelter(animal control) to get tested for rabies. Were told by Wednesday we would have are results. Come Wednesday no results. Pound said to call Environmental that they ruled it wasn't necessary. After talking and explaining how Center of Poison Control said it was necessary finally they agreed to have the animal tested. The women was super rude. No phone etiquette what so ever. Never a closing statement always just a "click". Then a gentlemen called back to follow up very polite very sympathetic understand and gave advice. He informed the test results should be in by Thursday. So I call back Thursday no results still and informed they will call me Friday morning which today is Friday they did call but it was the women again this time to say the test results were negative Thank you Jesus because me my family and plenty more have been through a big ordeal over this kitten. I told her awesome and thank you again no closing statement no advice nothing just a click again. Its sad when you are not purposely put in a situation like this and are treated so disrespectfully by the people that are suppose to help you."
