"Strangest place I’ve ever been to. I like the doctor but there was one person there who just didn’t like me. She always looked at me strange and I guess I look like somebody she hates. I showed up early for my 8 am appointment to drop my dog off for surgery. It was 25 degrees outside and she wouldn’t open the door to let me and my 17 year old dog inside. She pointed at her watch through the window. I couldn’t believe it. It was 7:55. And when they finally let us come inside, they put us in their tiniest room and then sent in somebody I’ve never met to try to sell me more stuff. I was just supposed to be dropping my dog off like I’ve done before but because I was early the staff decided to make me sit in that claustrophobic little room and make me wait. They know I have terrible back problems (terrible mornings) and I got up at 4 am so that I could get there on time. I think they really don’t like people to show up early first thing in the morning, not even 5 minutes early. NOT morning people! Rhonda has always been nice to me but the woman behind the small window is cranky in the morning. I won’t go back and in fact I won’t have any more pets because veterinarians have gotten just like people doctors, they just want ALL of your money."

"Oh where to start with how thrilled I am with this office!! I have 3 dogs...2 females and 1 male. One female and my male are spayed/neutered. My other female needed to be spayed desperately. Animal Advocates gave me a certificate to have my dog spayed in June 2023. The "other" vets office put me on a waiting list. Here it is 7 months later and they still don't have time for my dog. I called Lafayette Animal Clinic and explained my situation. They are getting my dog in immediately and accepting the certificate I have! I am so so thankful for the staff in this office for recognizing the desperate situation I was in and working with me to get it taken care of immediately! I am now changing all of my animals over to this office. I cannot express how much I appreciate this Clinic! Thank you thank you over and over again ❤️"

"I had an emergency with my dog. I was able to get in the same day I called. I had to have my buddy Spud put to sleep. What was so amazing was the care and kindness and attention they all gave and Dr Collins is so great. He really knows his stuff. And has a great bed side manner. So very kind . I will go back to this animal clinic. Thank you all. I even got a sympathy card from them. So very sweet. I will be going back to this animal clinic. Thank you all so much. It's been hard this week and that card really helped. Thanks again."
