"Everyone was polite and they had pecan chocolate"
"Avoid these people. I've been POA for my Mother for years. Now she's gone and they still want everything but a lock of hair. The good people are not here anymore. This should be against the law. Crooks... They reject your calls. They say everyone is busy, but walk in and they're standing around. Everyone in this office is worthless... They want to sell you nuts and candy, but try to talk to Lisa..."
"The folks at farm bureau are always very kind. Mr Ernie and Ms Lisa always welcome you in ready to help."
"I have been with Georgia farm bureau since 2006 and it's time I left and found an insurance company for my home that actually cares about my concerns and not about that stupid $35.00 membership fee they hound you for at the end of the year that I can't even use for anything I would need it for. They always have an excuse to not approve a claim on my house too Termite damage, water leaks, high wind damage and flooding are not natural "wear & tear" on my house. Don't bother filing a claim if they're your insurance co...they probably won't approve it."
"Poor communication skills. Not worth your time and/or energy. Response time is terrible. I called my claims adjuster last month....and have yet to receive a call back. Their insured is the one at fault. They did offer me 500.00. And to pay my doctors visit. I see it as "go away" money. No telling how long my neck and back is going to hurt. But they put a 60 day time limit. I'm seriously considering getting an attorney."
