Pretty much the day after going intro escrow (after nine years of paying separately) this "agency" jacked up my homeowners rate so that now we owe over $1000.00 dollars for escrow shortage. They actually treat you as a person and not a number, never had one grievance with the Lafayette office, but cooperate offices are a nightmare to call , tried it twice and never will again but one call to Lee Dendy"s office and your faith is restored in the humanity of the insurance trade although my rates are outrageous for a 40 year clean driving record and zero claims. But I guess that's the price we have to pay keeping up all the uninsured deadbeats and illegals I mean driver's . Really!
