"Love the friendly people who work there. Their sincere concern for my Lucy and her pups were great . Prices were cheaper than around. Lucy had to have stitches on her lip from a tare from a dog fight and they had her in and out in just a couple of hours. She has recovered very well! They have my service from here on out for sure!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My cat was brought in to be spayed today (12-19). Front desk called at 3:45 pm to tell me my cat was ready to be picked up which unfortunately I missed. I realized at 4:05 that they had called and immediately called back. They stated they were closed at 4 due to a staff Christmas party. You called me at 3:45 pm to tell me I need to come get my cat because you guys close at 4? Unacceptable. I was frustrated and clearly not pleased however the lady I spoke to told me someone would be there when I came to get my cat. I went to the office and the lady checking me out had the audacity to not only NOT look me in the eyes but also to say to me (in front of a room of people) “do me a favor. When you call her don’t be rude to our employees” I said nothing. As I was not having this conversation with her in front of people. Then she goes “anything else you would like to say. It would be a lot easier in the future if you would just go ahead and say it if you have something to say”. I told her I was not partaking in that behavior. They were clearly mad that I was frustrated however, I was never rude nor said anything uncalled for like she did. Don’t waste your time at this place that will hire people with the willingness to behave that way. Absolutely uncalled for I will preach to anyone to never take their animals here."

"Ruckus ia a good puppy, but has anxiety issues recently (he's almost 9). Just to make eberyone comfortable and not get Ruckus in trouble we muzzled him. Both Doctors and nurses are great and very professional."
