"MGK shoe cleaning service needs to go, I came today to buy shoes and just trying to see what the stores have what i might be looking for. As I passed the shoe cleaning place with my child and my friend, they were very aggressive about trying to get me to buy their shoe cleaner. I told them the first time I didn’t want it, and then after said they’d go ahead and try to clean my shoes as a challenge (they wanted a challenge on cleaning my hey dudes) they ended up trying to hand me the box kit as he was about to start cleaning my shoes, as I firmly told him the last time I didn’t wanna buy the cleaner as I’m still looking for new shoes that I didn’t need it, he proceeded to look at me and then told me basically to leave. Iv never had a negative experience at this mall in the 4 years iv lived in Illinois until I came up here today. Very disappointed in the way they acted towards me."

"Fantastic large mall I Metro East, Fairview Heights, IL.. Great food court. This mall has your typical large national department stores along with plenty of name brand clothing, shoe & sports stores. Also a pleasant surprise are the number of locally owned specialty stores."
