"This store just really needs to shut down. Never seen such a angry and unprofessional set of people in my life. Never opens in time and the workers are very rude. This company has really went down bad. Maybe hire older adults instead of these younger folks who only care about themselves and not the business. I will NEVER go back here to shop again"

"The dressing rooms are closed due to short staff. It also doesn’t open at 10 like it says on google. I went at 10:19 looking to exchange a shirt and most of the gates on everything were closed. The first time I went they did not welcome me into the store. The second time the sign said “ no food or drink “ but the worker was walking around while eating. I will say the second time they were a bit more friendly"

"Went there today and all of the workers were VERY rude. They didn’t talk to ANY of the customers and if the customers asked the use the fitting room the workers would groan or roll their eyes. We found a pair of shorts that were marked for 3 bucks come home to put what we bought away and find out the zipper on the shorts are broke. Tried to make conversation with the employee that checked us out and she didn’t talk back once and acted like she was just annoyed to even be there. GET BETTER WORKERS!!! YOU ARE LOSING BUSINESS!!!"

"As much as I like this company I will definitely not be going back I'm not sure who the manager is short lady African American she's a very rude very unprofessional I have been coming to this company for years I haven't been in months where are the other managers that was there before back in the summer time now they were very professional very nice always had conversations with me and my kids..kept my daughters laughing. Please find better workers or at least folks that respect their customers. So sad"
