"Good installation, but terrible customer service, communication, clean up, and plumbing issues. We hired F & S Flooring to install luxury vinyl planking in our kitchen and master bathroom. Anna came out and assessed the areas we needed done and gave us the amount of sq/ft we would need to purchase for our flooring, including wastage. We purchased the flooring for the sq/ft she gave us and even purchased an extra box. After the guys were mostly done with the kitchen, they told us we did not have enough to finish our bathroom. My husband went to 2 different stores and called another one, and each store was sold out. We called Anna to let her know about our situation, she said she would speak with her husband and call us back to decide what needs to be done for the bathroom. Next thing we know, the guys are putting flooring down in the bathroom, and Anna still never called us back to communicate what was happening. The guys did end up having enough flooring to put down. Once they were finished, they picked up their supplies, but left our yard a mess with mounds of saw dust, chips of vinyl planking, and big pieces of trim that we are still picking up after a week. Not to mention the biggest problem we experienced was the plumbing issues we’ve had since F & S Flooring left our house. While they were here, they took the toilet up in our master bathroom to put the flooring down, ever since then, our shut off valve to the toilet has been leaking, and our toilet flange busted with the concrete around it. We had to call a plumber to replace those things that were broken in our bathroom. They also turned off the water to the washer to move them, and we ended up having a small leak after we turned the water back on to them, luckily we were able to fix the washer valves ourselves, but it costs us $200 to get the plumber to fix the mistakes in the bathroom. We called Anna Sunday to tell her all of the problems we were experiencing, and yet again, she said she was going to speak with her husband and call us back. It has been 2 days and still no call back from Anna. At the end of the day, all they wanted was their money and once they got that, they were done with us. All in all, it was a hassle communicating with the company, cleaning up our yard, and paying extra money for a plumber to fix something that should have never been a problem to begin with. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone and will be sure to tell anyone who is looking for someone to install their floor to steer clear of F & S Flooring."
