"Went in to buy oil and an oil filter. Guy (James manage of store) was terrible talking about another customer in front of me. Tried to charge me 80 dollars for a gallon oil that was advertised at 35 dollars. I explained that 35 was correct showed him the sales add and the label where I got the oil. He said yeah that price isn’t right we are going thru the store and fixing prices. I said look the 2.5 gallon is 80 dollars but the gallon is only 35. He was pissed explained that I was wrong even though labeled correctly he pulled the 35 dollar tag off and said sir it’s 80. I went down the street to another store and got it for 30.00. I called the store to explain that the price was wrong. James was his name he was a total jerk. He said he was the manager so I asked to speak to someone else he said no there isn’t anyone else here which was a lie I just left. Then I asked to speak to someone else above him he said call our district manager. I said who is that he said I don’t know. I said you don’t know who I can talk to he said his name is Kevin and I’m not giving you his number. Worst customer service ever worst run store. James is a complete disgrace to advanced auto."

"Although my online order was not ready (not store's fault), the front desk person was understanding. He pulled the part I needed so when the issue was resolved, I would be ready to go on with my day."

"This store is usually a cluster f. Every time I go here. I only come by if I absolutely have to. Other wise I go to O’Reilly’s down the street. Much cleaner organized store."
