"Today was the last time we will ever shop at Lowes on Whiskey Rd in Aiken. We were there to purchase a refrigerator, we knew what we wanted but the attitude of the appliance rep (male) was so horrible we left. We drove to Home Depot on Whiskey rd, we were welcomed and greeted with smiles and excellent customer service. We purchased the same fridge at Home Depot based only on the customer service! Lowes has a few good employees and I hope the management team recognizes the good ones because they are certainly are not correcting the unprofessional ones. We have shopped here for quite some time and purchased many products. We are done with being treated with poor customer service, even from the store manager at Lowes and will no longer spend our money at this location. We will be taking our business to Home Depot!"

"Had an item on sale. Refused to sale that item for that price stating that it was an old sticker. Sales lady even removed the sales sticker while I was standing there. I had taken a picture of the sticker to show the cashier in case there was a problem."

"The store and their employees at Lowe's Aiken, SC are fine, but do not pay them to install anything. I bought a dishwasher before Christmas and not only did it arrive late, but their installation subcontractor failed to tighten the water supply lines appropriately and flooded my home. Preliminary estimates are well above $25,000. Lowe's Installation did not seem to care at all and just tried to put the responsibility on the subcontractor that they hired. My contract was with Lowe's, not their subcontractor. I will never use Lowe's Aiken, SC again for anything. If I could give less than a one star rating I would."

"Hands down the worst Lowe's store to deliver materials too, I've been there 2x and both times, I got there before my appointment and it takes them a minimum of 3 hours to unload a 10 minute load. They got to get it together somehow. It wouldn't be so bad if I got paid by the hour, I get paid by the load!"

"I took a wet sample and dry sample with the original can of paint to be matched. There was no one staffing the paint desk for the second day in a row, so the store had to scramble to find a person who could match paint. I touched up my house with the paint and it was not correct. The store was not understanding of my desire to return the paint because I had used too much of the "matched" paint. I recommend an actual paint store with better policies and skilled workers. Or if you use lowes make sure your project allows for enough time for you to verify that trained employees did their job correctly."
