"Whatever you do don’t take your phone here. I had the screen replaced here and have been back three times. They use cheap Chinese knock off parts. If you have an IPhone, you will have nothing but issues. On the third visit, they refused to stand by their warranty. Store is locked at odd times and there is always an unreasonable long wait. The lady that does the repairs must not want to be there.You have been warned."

"I purchased 6 golf cart batteries @$189.00 a piece. One of the batteries melted almost instantly. I spoke with Tyler (last name unknown as they would not provide it) he was very disrespectful. Told me he would not replace the battery because it was a faulty connection. This battery melted almost 1 hour after it was installed, so I know it was not a faulty connection. I personally installed the batteries myself, so I know they were tight and secure. The battery is bad. I will not be giving batteries plus anymore business as long as Tyler( last name unknown) is working there. I gave them one star because 0 stars were not an option."

"The only reason I give this a 1 star, is because 0 stars is not an option. Scheduled a 5:30 appointment today to have my iPhone 11 screen replaced. After taking off work early, and waking the kids up from there nap, we headed to get the screen replace. Showed up a couple minutes early to my 5:30pm appointment, only to be told that there was no guarantee they could get it down because 2 people were ahead of me. I asked multiple questions to try to understand the situation, and I was told that my 530 appointment only guaranteed that they would have the parts, it did not guarantee that they would actually have time to fix it. To me, this makes absolutely no sense. I asked them if the two peoples phones that were ahead of me had scheduled an appointment? He said that they did not schedule an appointment, but just because I had an appointment did not mean I would be in line in front of them. My phone did not get repaired, even though I scheduled an appointment, took off work early, and was there on time. A company like this that cannot honor their word deserves to be out of business. Terrible customer experience, highly recommend phone repair elsewhere. Huge waste of time."
