"I went to have my alternator fixed as I've went to them before for my motor mounts and they did a good job last time.. this time, they took an extra day than what was expected.. and I had to call them to find out my car was even ready. The lady at the front mentioned a few things wrong with it such as "It drives rough, needs new tires, and the driver door handle is broken on the inside" No problem.. issues I already knew about. I get half way down the road realizing my AC is not working. I get home and tell my husband about it and he tells me to call them back as our AC was working when we dropped it off with them. I called them and she tells me that the car had no freon in it when we brought it in so when they vacuumed the compressor out, they didn't put any more freon in it and it would've cost extra. Okay so i had my husband call and he asks the lady to speak with the mechanic that fixed our car and then she comes back on the phone to tell him about the situation instead of getting the mechanic like he asked.. so whatever.. we go buy our own freon, $75 later and our AC is still not working.. they already charged me close to $500 to fix my alternator. The lady stated that we have a leak somewhere. Everything has been checked and we do not have any leaks.. as I said, our AC was working when we dropped it off and it's full of freon now but still not working. We are now gonna have to take it somewhere else (obviously) to have our AC fixed as if we had the money to do that in the first place....."

"To rewire my right brake light, Hyundai dealership said to take a part off the car will start your bill at $200. Hate to know what they would have charged once service was complete. So glad a friend told me about Aaron's. They charged me only $135 to rewire my right brake light and replace all lights. I'm coming here on all my vehicles. You guys are the best!!!"

"I was scheduled for a 8:30 appointment to drop off my vehicle, I asked how long it would take and the receptionist told me shouldn't be more than an hour and a half. So I waited 2 hours and went back up there asked about the status of my vehicle and the receptionist was more worried about texting on her phone and just telling me that it was not even looked at yet then actually helping me. When I asked to get my keys and I'll go somewhere else the manager came back with my key telling me they're the best place in town to get work done I'm sorry we're not good enough for you. If this is how they operate I will never going to recommend them."
