"Be careful with this location and purchasing roadside assistance. Even though they say they will reimburse you they will not. Gave us the run around for 4 months to finally say nothing could be done. Take your business elsewhere. *UPDATE* Below is the last email I received from the customer service email that replied to this review. This was on 5/14/23 never received any communication from anyone at Enterprise after this email. Like I said above use anyone else because of you have any issues at all even if you have the extra coverage they will not help you. Enterprise is a unprofessional operation that is a total scam. BEWARE!!! Dear Chris, Hello again. Unfortunately, with Enterprise local branch rentals, we only have the ability to escalate to the Regional Management team in the city you rented in. They handle all of their own billing matters directly on their end. I wish there were more I could do on my end to help resovle this for you. I am really sorry for the inconvenience. "Have made multiple reservations to arrive and find they do not have a vehicle for me after getting dropped off. The office staff is extremely rude. The facility is disgustingly dirty. I am currently waiting for a ride because I booked an SUV and the staff said that they do not have one for me. That other people prepaid for the SUVs that are onsite here. When I quizzed them further asking them if other people truly prepaid then the story was changed to - well the others already have the keys to it. Can’t trust anything they say. And you wouldn’t want to need to use the restroom when here. The bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time."

"Ms. Erin, Ms. Verina and her whole staff was very courteous, professional and friendly. Through the whole process Ms. Erin and her staff made sure that I was accommodated. They were also there for any questions that I might have asked them. If I ever need to use a rental car again, I’ll definitely use Enterprise! Thank you all again!!!"
