"Lived on Robbins at for a few years. They didn’t plow the parking lot. My back porch light broke and he never had it fixed. The parking lot light went out and he told the maintenance man not to fix it because I “kept calling about it”. I should have sued him when I fell on my back steps due to inadequate lighting. He never allowed pets and his buildings were full of drug addicts."

"Lived in his apartment for 5 years and I regret every minute of it ! Biggest con artist ever . They never plowed truck was “ broken every year”. In the winter I would go a week or two without my bathroom and kitchen sink because of the pipes being so old and never bothered to change it ! Minding you I have a toddler they gave no shut about our living condition. Employees steal from rent and stole from 1000 worth of working equipment from them and he didn’t do anything . Board of health cams and gave him a month to fix our apartment he lied and said he never got the letter . He wouldn’t get us new trash barrels ours was rotten from years and years . Let me not even start all the mold, lead, that was years and years old how much we suffered living there . My daughters room selling was falling apart they never fix that . This man has one of his tenants kill another tenant because he don’t check back ground. Every cop in Waltham knows this man and no one has one good thing to say about him. I am so happy I’ll never have to deal with this hell hole ever again. I hope with my experience you will never have to go what I went through and rent from this con artist"
