"I really love this library. There are plenty of events for kids and adults. If you join the email list you can find out all about them! Libraries are a keystone to community and need engagement to continue being their best selves."
"I acknowledge that every library has its own rules and regulations. However, I was taken aback by a recent incident. I briefly left my belongings, including my bag and drinks, in a spot to move to another room because the area was too crowded. When I returned, I discovered that a staff member had taken my bag and disposed of my beverages without any prior notice or warning. It was incredibly shocking and disconcerting. There was no announcement or indication that this would happen. Instead, it felt like a stern warning, with my bag placed on the floor and my drinks discarded. While I understand there are rules in place, this experience left me feeling both surprised and frustrated."
"Went to go print some papers and a random man stole my papers and wanted to fight me after reading my very confidential papers and shoved them at me. He wasn't even using the printer to collect anything and threatened to attack me and staff watched and did nothing. I'll look for a new library to donate to as in where I won't be concerned for my safety."
"This library is so amazing, it has a lot of stuff DVDs, Blu-Rays, CDs, Books, Games, Magazines etc, you can take many different games from different generations of consoles, you can also take out other stuff like dvd players for laptops, it is a great library if you'll ever in the Burlington area definitely recommend you stop by here once in a while you won't regret regret it at all."
"Not enough places to sit upstairs. Staff stands around talking loudly even though upstairs is supposed to be a quiet place to study. Parking lot is very crowded. Pros: you can use the computers and printer"
