"To say Primrose was the perfect fit and experience for our 1 year old son's first exposure to school is an understatement. The entire Primrose team welcomed him and our family with an incredible amount of energy, positivity, and warmth. The administration is amazing - highly communicative, present, and supportive. Our son's teachers (Ms. O and Ms. P) are amazing; they showed him so much love, attention, and really helped him blossom. They are genuinely kind, creative, and amazing people. We became better parents because of their role in helping our son. As he moved into another class, the transition was seamless as the team had a well thought out plan to help the kids with change. Our son and family misses the Primrose community so much but we are appreciative of having this great experience before we moved."
"We love PSOB and have had the best experience with our son who will be leaving the kindergarten program in 2 short weeks! The leadership team is truly incredible. They respond so quickly to emails, are always happy to talk through concerns, and they never make you feel bad for asking questions or standing up for your child. Special shout-out to Kate Latham, the principal. She is truly so special and cares so much about the children. The teachers we've had thus far have been wonderful. We have especially loved Ms. Miller, one of the kindergarten teachers. Our son has learned so much in his 2 years at Primrose, and we could not be happier with the education he received. The school itself is always immaculate, they have a diverse menu for the kiddos, and the playgrounds are beautiful. Our 2 year-old just started a couple weeks ago, and we're excited about her journey at PSOB as well! Thank you to all the amazing staff for your kindness, dedication, patience, and love. We are very grateful! "
"My 1yr old joined Primrose’s infant room in May and it has been so good for her! She LOVES her teachers and has grown so much with them. The staff is very professional and truly cares about their kids."
"I have been a parent of a child here since she was about 1 year old (she is almost 4). This school has exceeded my expectations in every measurable/quantifiable way ... as well as some intangibles... Let me explain. First, throughout the pandemic, they took on every precaution imaginable. I always felt heard when there was a concern. Anytime there was a child with symptoms or they needed to report a positive, they did so quickly which allowed us to make the best decision for our family. Their communication is unmatched. We receive personalized photos and updates everyday (we get the classroom ones as well but our teachers always make a point to write something about our daughter everyday). This school has given us a community. We moved to the Boston area with no family around and 2 children...during the pandemic. It was really easy to feel isolated. Primrose made us feel like a part of a community. They always have fun activities to do on site - in addition to this, we are always getting updates surrounding our daughters education. I can say, when I drop my daughter off, I don't even think twice about her being there. I know if she bumps her head or if she accomplishes something she has been working really hard on (like when she spelled her name for the first time by herself....), we will get a note or a call. Finally, we have an older daughter who is at a different school (ABA). I can not express how much Primrose treats our other daughter like part of the family. They all know about "sissy" and include her in any of the kid activities (where it makes sense). They welcome her into the classroom for drop off and pick up. They kept a spot for her in their Kindergarten room (before we decided to do public school) until we had completely figured out our path for her. They celebrate adversity, They celebrate all sorts of holidays (I grew up just outside of NYC so I was always exposed to different cultures - 20 miles outside of Boston, I am sure it would be really easy to celebrate the "usual" holidays- they go out of their way to educate the kids on different beliefs, holidays, ideas...etc). The staff is easily the best part of this school. They really go above and beyond to accommodate any and all needs. I will be sad when our daughter graduates because I won't be able to see this family who has taken us in. A special shout out to Kate L, Lori, Peaches, Alicia, Taylor...and ALL of our teachers... Thank you all for accepting our family into yours. You will never know what it meant the day we got the call that a spot had opened up."
