"When this place initially opened up the service used to be amazing. The staff was courteous friendly and with a smile on their face, the food used to be hot if it's a hot sandwich your wait time was minimal. For some reason management seems to have made a complete 360 degrees. The staff there move slow, persona and faculty expressions almost that of a depressed individual, the food be cold half the times and the waiting times take forever even if it's just 3 cars in line."

"Wrong order ask for items to be remove they were not, charge was incorrect they charge previous guest my order and instead of refunding the guest the just did a weird transaction so they charge 2 people for the same order plus again I ask for no coconut as I’m allergic well guest what they put coconut on my bowl"
"This açaí bowl was not freshly blended. The blend was frozen. Seems like they froze the blend overnight and just added the toppings to make it look fresh. I’ve had and made better açaí bowls than this."
