"I'd give it 0 stars if possible. On 7/25/24 I pulled thru the drive thru and ordered a #9 crispy chicken sandwich and rt 44 ocean water and told the girl on the speaker when she said they were out of fries tots were fine total was $10.36 and iset in line for almost 20 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me hoping for hot food but got Luke warm food the sandwich was so soggy from the mound of mayonnaise that was on it that it didn't taste good and the tots weren't hot at all. I HAVE SPENT MY LAST DOLLAR AT THE SONIC IN VIDALIA GA."

"Overall good experience. However, it was a decent amount of time to receive our food with the amount of customers, didn't see many workers so I'll assume they were undermanned at the time. Food and drink were on spot though."

"Very polite staff, quick, fresh, and served with a smile! The girl who took my order was very kind and patient with me as I scanned the menu and was happy to answer any questions I had about menu items. When I got to the window my food was out within 2 minutes and the drive thru girl was just as kind as she could be! 10/10 will be returning!"

"I placed an online order and sat there for literally an hour for 2 things. i went through the drive through and was told to pull back to my stall and it would be out soon. it was not. It should not take over an hour to get your food. talked to the girl on her break outside and she had it out asap and was very helpful but I feel like this shouldn’t have been a problem to begin with."

"Sat in the drive-in, which you can't leave once you are in, for nearly 20 minutes before finally being able to order. Ordering process seemed to go fine. When I approached the window, the girl verified which order was mine, told me my total, and I handed her cash. She then closed the window for a minute, came back, she had drinks but they were incorrect, so no problem they can be fixed, and she left to fix our drinks for 2 more minutes. She comes back, hands us our drinks and I had to ask for my change, which I found odd. That took 3 more minutes, then I was given my change with no receipt. She then rudely closed the window before i could mention I was also waiting on food. 5 min later a manager approaches me and asks if I'm waiting on a order that was not my own, I said no I never received the rest of my order, which I was quickly handed with a very respectful attitude. The 4 stars is bc the manager was extremely respectful and quick to resolve my issue, plus the food was great. As far as the cashier goes, she needs training on what it means to be in customer service. It's not hard to smile and be friendly, and always make sure to hand people their change and a receipt. Makes you wonder how many people come thru there that don't get their change at all."
