"I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande with extra beef and extra nacho cheese, and I added Cantina chicken. I also ordered chips on the side and requested light beans. However, they put my toppings in a smaller-sized container, which didn't seem worth the price of over $10. Additionally, they forgot the beans. I was disappointed with the portion size as it didn't seem to match the value. I believe Taco Bell should have put my Nacho Bell Grande in a regular-sized container and filled the toppings accordingly, rather than skimping on them and giving me an amount suitable for a small container, which doesn't equal $10 worth of toppings."

"Every single time I go to the Vidalia Toco Bell there is a problem. I spent $72 for rude awful service and my order is all wrong. It is sad that the staff have nasty attitudes. They never have drink holders and have to wait an hour for your food. Kindness does not take a lot of effect."

"If I could give it no starts I would. Customer service is terrible. Management was very rude before I could even explain my problem management dismissed me. I ordered 4 bean and rice burritos I received 1 bean and cheese and 3 bean and chipotle sauce overload. All tortillas were old and falling apart. One of the beef burritos looked as if a bite was taken out of the corner. The beef tacos were so disgusting and paper thin flattened and greasy. Cinnabon delights were old grease sponges absolutely the worst experience food wise and customer service wise period. I tried to speak to the store manager no luck but the shift manager was surely rude enough to where I decided no need to speak to the store manager at this point I will just leave a blatantly honest review. I was so shocked how rude the shift manger was, the only sunshine to this story is there was a nice guy working the window. He was so kind and tried so hard to make things right but unfortunately the food and the customer service after mine and his encounter together trumped any shred of positive feeling I have toward this experience. I could go on and on but what’s the point. Also heads up if you go late at night they will be out of whatever they feel like they don’t want to cook. Every single time. And they will be rude about it no matter how pleasant you try to be. I am a store manager of a restaurant so I understand how important customer service is as well as quality and consistency. Hope they find better management"

"I have been to several of these and not one gave me the experience I had here. The gentleman at the window didn't greet me or smile. Food was pretty good I asked what the difference was between the regular and spicy wrap was and he simply replied one is spicy the other isn't. I ordered 2 Steak Chillupas they only gave me one saying that it is priced as two. They did this without even asking me if this was okay. I called and the response was they did that because their fryer is turned off. The other is supposed to be a 5 layer steak burrito."
