Dunkin'

"I ordered via the Dunkin App 2 boxes of Joe for a dessert party to save time. After an hour of running errands for the party I stopped in and both of the employees were sitting in the lobby on their phones and did not greet me or ask if they could help me. I asked where my order was and they proceeded to tell me they were never trained on how to prepare and make the order of 2 box of Joes. I literally had to grab a box of Joe on display and tell them to get the 2 boxes. The even more ludicrous part was that Dunkin has picture instructions on how to assemble the boxes. No one runs on Dunkin if this is who is running the store on Saturday in Vidalia GA!"

"I have given this Dunkin so many chances. I love Dunkin coffee, but the people that work here can't make one right. They have attitude if you ask for them to correct your order. This place is a giant waste of time and money. 0/10 won't buy again"

"me and my friend meet here twice a week often to do school work, and it’s a great experience for us every time ! We’ve come very familiar with the great staff they have! It’s rare to have a positive staff nowadays compared to most food places, but the people here make you feel like family! i would like to specifically acknowledge one of the sweet workers, Angel! Her name itself speaks truth, she always greets us, just about knows our order by heart, and always has a smile on her face doing it. I genuinely appreciate all the effort she puts in with every visit we have, as a customer it means the absolute world. Now i’m not sure about the pay there, but i genuinely hope these precious people get paid what they deserve, and if not they need a RAISE!!! not only does the food keep me coming back, but so does the staff. thank you all for all you do! i hope your boss recognizes and appreciates all you do as well."

"This is the worst place I have ever been too. I had a sausage and cheese on an English muffin, also two everything bagels one with egg and cream cheese. The one with cream cheese came with no cream cheese went to correct the problem. They charged $2.00 for their mistake. The English muffin was stale could eat it. The everything bagels were also stale and not edible. The owner should lose his franchise, the manager that allows stale food to be served to customers should be fired."

"I got an iced original blend with French vanilla and cream, the lady at the drive thru made it hot instead of iced so I simply told her I wanted iced.. she poured the hot she made into another cup with ice and when I took a sip It was the most nastiest thing I ever tasted. I am not from here and I will not be returning to this Dunkin establishment.."
