"I ordered a N.Y. style pizza and a salad online. First, they just handed me the pizza without the salad and gave me a look weirdness when I stood there waiting. No aplogies or any words spoken after I had to wait five more minutes for him to go get the salad. He put 4 packets of dressing on the counter. I gave him two back, once again that look. I only needed one packet because the salad was so small. The Pizza was awful and greasy, and I could barely even see any mushrooms or green pepper. Could not eat it. Not going back."
"We used the App and car delivery service. Once I checked “arrived” on my phone, a very nice representative came out with our order. The pizzas were perfect. And we are definitely planning to return."
"Our app said pizza was ready so we went in but it wasn't. My pizza looked terrible like someone didn't know how to make the crust and had to s of tomato sauce. I think worst pizza I ever got there. Maybe someone is training or either she needed to stop chatting and pay attention."
"These people are so rude. I paid for 5 different sauce cups (ranch and garlic) and they didn’t give it to me upon pickup of my order. I called them and they would not help after I sat on hold for 10 minutes. All they said they could do for me was credit me. This is the seventh time this is has happened. I will no longer be ordering from here. Also the entire time I was waiting on my order after they lost it and said they didn’t have it (had to show email confirmation that i have paid and placed order) the kids working were making jokes: “guess what” “chicken butt”"
"If I could give less I would order showed delivered never received called the restaurant said they would remake it and send never received again. I call the location and someone hangs up on me then refuses to answer the phone spent $35 and nothing!!!!!!!!!! I know how reviews work nobody will care but hopefully I save the next one from this headache!"
