"I booked my reservation on July 9 for July 20 on July 19 u-Haul changed my reservation to three different locations within 24 hours so on the 20th my location which was originally very close to my house got moved to 35 miles away each way which resulted in 140 mile drive pick up drop off pick up drop off not happy with my experience would not recommend U-Haul was being greedy and overbooked The U-Haul location in Fernandina was where I picked up my trailer. They were very nice and their store location is beautiful. They helped me with my experience. I would recommend them. Corporate was a whole different story"

"Your sales staff at the 8th Street location in Fernandina Beach is exceptional! Angela helped me quickly figure out the right size trailer for my moving needs and had some great recommendations for things I could do to protect the things I was moving or make the job easier. She's really awesome! It would be hard to recommend improvements because I think this U-Haul sets the standard for not just the U-Haul brand, but fir the entire industry."

"We recently visited this Uhaul location. This location rents uhaul trucks, they have storage units, and they sell boxes and moving supplies. They also fill propane tanks. This is the service we use most often. It’s generally quick and easy. The Employees friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable. Would recommend this location to go for propane."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! We made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and on the day of our move the 2 employees said they could not honor the reservation. We got this horrible news the day we would be moving out of state! Just imagine how we felt. They even "claimed" they sent a text the day before which 1) was not true 2) not enough notice for an out of state move and 3) not the best form of communication to ensure the customer is notified. They blamed us for their error and lack of knowledge, did not offer an apology or any solutions. This is why they have so many negative reviews. RUN! Luckily, Compass Storage on Bailey Rd (4.8 stars on Google) was able to SAVE THE DAY!! We walked in and was able to get all the accommodations of our original reservation at no extra cost. The gentleman was friendly and resourceful. Customer service was top tier 10/10. Do yourself a favor, avoid the headache and just go to Compass!"
