"Seamless counter experience. Silas was very helpful. The only drawback, and this may be true with car rentals in general, is that when I was on the road and called the number texted to me for help, nobody but the robot answered the phone. I needed to talk to a real person as the car would not start due to a safety feature, and message received that it needed an oil change. The messages eventually cleared and the car started, but it was scary at the time."

"This place is HORRIBLE! I verified the details of my rental and necessary documents over the phone TWICE and this place wouldn't let me rent a car when i arrived because i own my company and i have a tablet. They put me in a HUGE bind the day I had to leave for a very important business meeting. Lost hundreds of dollars and an entire day because I ended up having to book a flight with a layover. Train your employees better!! Very very poor customer service because of of their lack of knowledge. Do NOT book anything here ever!"

"I had collision damage and so through caliber collision I got a great rate on a nice vehicle from enterprise. The people from enterprise could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I was very pleased with their service. They send somebody to my house to pick me up and take me back to pick up the rental car."
