"Man renting us the U-Haul equipment was rude and acted like he didn't want to be there. Didn't have all the items we reserved online and didn't seem to care. Couldn't or wouldn't tell us about mileage charges, he just said "I can't tell you that, I have no idea." When we went to leave he just gave us the keys and walked off to help another person, no walk around, no checking truck or condition, nothing. We have rented uhauls before so no big deal. When we walked to look for our truck we found it blocked in by another U-Haul truck and a tenant's truck. I went and found him to tell us we were blocked in. He said he had no idea what the Penske moving truck was doing there and he didn't have the keys. I asked him if he could get the keys to the other U-Haul and move it so we could leave because we had lots to do. He said he would be right back but we never saw him again. We found the tenants and ask them to move their truck so we could leave. Moving is stressful enough without an experience like this."
