"Doesn’t deserve a single star. Dr. Hynes was the most UNPROFESSIONAL and dismissive doctor I have ever experienced in my life. She actually laughed about a concern I had. The waiting room was absolutely filthy and I felt dirty after leaving. Mostly just disgusted with her dismissive demeanor. She honestly made me want to cry when I left… I will never return even though this office is much closer to my house."

"Do not waste your time here. I ignored the insanely negative reviews because this was the only office near me that didnt have a 6+ month waiting list and I didnt want to wait. There is a reason she is easy to get an appointment with. You will be rushed through appointments and not offered any helpful advice. You have a question? Dr. Hines does not like questions, you will have to interuppt her before she ends the appointment to ask any questions at all. She will answer you like you are an idiot for asking anything at all. I have struggled with acne for years, tried the topicals she prescribed, not much difference. Tried the antibiotics, would clear up somewhat for a little bit but the side effects are not worth it and as soon as your off them acne comes back. Dr. Hines is happy to take your copay and spend about 4 minutes (if that) speaking with you but not offering any real soluations. She will just recycle the same non working treatments. I recently asked about acutane during a regular refil telehealth, she would not answers questions at that time and again rushed me out. I had to schedule an in-office appointment to speak about this. (I usually do telehealth, since she only speaks with you for about 2 minutes just to refill your prescription, which would be fine if those prescriptions were working). My appointment was at 11:00, didn’t get called into a room until 11:20, then I sat in the room until 12:00 and listened to her in the next room completeing telehealth appointments. When she finally came in she was in the room for about 2 minutes, she asked me “So you want to start acutane?” I said yes. She said “ok” and handed me off to her incompetant assistant. Acutane is a serious drug to be on, she did not speak to me about anything regarding this or the general procedure and barely looked at me. I was given information to read through and sign regarding risks of the medication, I was told to read it all and sign it. While attempting to read it fully her assistant came into the room several times and was rushing me to finish. I was then handed a lab work paper for blood work and told to “Go to any lab” and get bloodwork done. Again, trying to ask any kind of question is frowned upon. I asked when this needed to be done by, scheduling this was a pain since I was not informed prior to begining the process of the schedule of events that had to take place before getting on this medication and I was out of the country for two weeks after. I asked if there was a list they had of labs or somewhere they worked with/recommended, she looked at me like I was an idiot for asking. Excuse me for being unfamiliar with the process. She said “This is so simple for men and such a hassle for women, I wouldn’t even bother”. Encouraging. This woman did not appear to know what she was doing regarding the whole procedure and had to keep leaving the room to ask Dr. Hines questions. Whatever, I don’t mind, I’m certainly no expert every single day at work either. As long as things get done correctly. But they were not. You are required to wait a month to get the blood work after that first appointment, month goes by, I get the bloodwork, follow up appointment with Dr. Hines the next day, she says everything is all good and I’m set to start. Awesome!!! I was again passed onto the assistant to schedule the appointment, I repeated the appointment time and date back to her to ensure I was writing it correctly and received a clearly annoyed response. About two hours later I get a call from someone else in the office informing me that when I began the process they failed to enter me into the required database, so I was now stuck in a waiting period for a month before I could start over. What a complete waste of time and money. I was upset and told her I was all set, she could take me off the patient list and cancel my follow up appointment. I will not be continuing with their office for anything."
