"The techs and lab work is fine. Just make sure you're there 10 to 20 mins early or you're getting called out of order. All about the timing here if you expect a good experience. Least painful blood draw I've ever had though. Amen for that."

"I needed to pickup testing material. I signed in and became confused when kiosk stated may be a long wait without appointment. I went to the door and slowly opened it to get information. Two large woman were chitchating and Val snapped at me informing me that I should've knocked before I entered as they may have been with a patient! She was rude, unprofessional and should not be working with people! I will not be going back to this lab!!!"

"The lady drawing my blood was rude. Literally stuck me without saying anything and I said that was rude she said “unless you ask me to tell you what I’m doing I wont” what do YOU MEAN? I have to ask you to have you let me know what you’re doing to MY body??"
