"So i got the membership, and i had the cashier apply without my permission for a BJ's credit card. So i thought i was going to save money, well the only time i get a gas discount is if i use my BJ's credit card, not good enough with just the membership. Now, i was just going to do a home delivery, get it within 2 hours, and i have to pay a $4.99 fee? For what? I pay for the membership! And the food really isn't that much cheaper, and they have a small selection of products, like they don't have low sodium pasta sauce, or the brand i buy, they have 2 brands, which it's the same price at walmart. So whats the point of the membership!"
"Worst customer service, they advertised barefoot moscato for $9.99 price changed in there system to $10.99 but still have the price tag listed in the aisle $9.99. Stated can’t honor the price. Offered to remove off my receipt as if that would solve the issue when I clearly wanted the item."
