"Website says welcoming new patients. I called and said I was looking to establish my PCP there. Someone put me on hold for 7 minutes, then the Referral Line voicemail played. I hung up and called back. Someone else answered and told me they're not accepting any new patients. Before I could say anything, she hung up. I guess I'm glad to know now before I establish with them and have medical concern if this is how they handle incoming calls."

"I have been seeing Dr Stein for almost 2 years now and he is the best Primary Care doctor I've ever had. Everyone is so nice here and I'm so glad I found them!"

"Just called to see if i could book a new patient visit and the person i spoke with was very dismissive and short. She said the doctors are booking out until next summer which i get as i also work in healthcare. But as soon as i said thank you the phone was already being hung up."

"This place is a joke. You can’t even get through to make an appointment. Doesn’t matter what time or day you call, the phone rings forever, a woman answers, tells you you need to hold for a brief minute. You wait on hold for several minutes, the phone starts to ring again, the same woman answers and says you need to go back on hold. Staff is rude when you point out the fact that you’ve been placed on hold multiple times already and then the phone mysteriously disconnects. Even when you are lucky enough to get an appointment they cancel it on you anyways. Every physical and follow up appointment I have booked here has been cancelled and so the cycle starts again. Call, wait, disconnect. Save yourself time and aggravation and go somewhere else."

"To be completely honest, this is the best medical clinic I have ever been to. The staff is amazing, and my physician, Becky Gallimore, is so attentive and amazing. She asks all the right questions, and diagnosed me immediately after testing due to the right questions being asked. My Veteran's hospital never even tested me for my condition in the 10 years I've been going. I also have to say her assistant or aide is also amazing. She's always smiling and so nice. I am so glad I found this place. It's also very clean, on top of reminders without being a nuisance, and so easy to get your appointments or prescriptions done through the portal or on the phone."
