The staffing coordinator, Alicia, always goes above and beyond to find clients within your availability and ensures that you and the individual are a good fit. She has always been extremely courteous and accommodating with work hours. The client care coordinator for the company, Raquel, is in charge of ensuring that you have access to all the information and resources you need to succeed at a client's home. Before entering a client's home, she makes sure you understand the care plan. If it's your first time there, she'll typically personally go and present you to the client, which is super nice and something you don't often see. Their coordinator for recruitment and engagement is Sabrina; if you have any questions or concerns Sabrina is the one to go to! She responds to emails promptly, is always accessible, and provides excellent, in-depth training that is relevant to the clients you will be working with. Overall, everyone is considerate, caring, and supportive, and they do their best to ensure that you have a positive work experience."
