"The other day we said goodbye to Lora Sharansky, our dear friend, a wonderful and dignified person. Her life was neither simple nor easy. However, there were many moments of light, joy and success. One of them was the last 6 month of her life, which she spent in your home -Royal Health Braintree. Besides the high level of professionalism, culture and emotional responsiveness of your team, with whom we have met more than once, you were able to create for Lora an atmosphere of a real home, family warmth and comfort, which fate did not often spoil her with. The invariably careful, tactful, attentive and cordial attitude undoubtedly brought peace and tranquility during her last days, and to a certain extent reconciled her with the inevitability of her departure. "My stay has been wonderful and received excellent care from the Cnas on terrace , nurse Rennae on terrace. The food was delicious. PT/OT was amazing and helped me to reach my goals. Lorraine from social services was amazing as well as Jen from rehab. Even the cleaning the staff were amazing. Overall I am greatful for my stay at roval and their amazing staff. A big thank you to you all and happy nurses week."
