"The Braintree Grove street site was amazing! The front staff Terry, the Medical assistant …can’t remember his name he was professional and very cordial! The physician was thorough and explained everything. I’ve been a nurse for over 30 years and still appointment was exceptional! Back to quality patient care not just a number ! I’ll add I was seen for a medical issue and they were very accommodating with me for also having a work Physical and testing. They accommodated me and my schedule. Outstanding customer service!"

"I took my two young toddlers to Health Express in Braintree today after getting my concerns dismissed at Convenient MD in Pembroke and unable to get to the pediatrician in Boston. We were seen right away at Health Express and the doctor and medical assistant were so nice and listened to my concerns. Both of my toddlers ended up testing positive for strep A and placed on antibiotics. I highly recommend health express"
