"I wanted to find a new local in-network dentist and found the Great Hill Dental. I scheduled a meeting with them to come in for a discussion, and I was very disappointed that I got a bill from them that said my insurance was denied. When I called, all that front desk said was to call the insurance and didn't try to help at all. My previous dentist always checked the insurance for me. The office charged me to find them on my first visit, and they are not even trying to keep me; all they ask is that I pay the bill. I called back again per the owner's response, route to the same front desk, and again told straight up that I needed to pay the bill. I'm unsure what it means: "We'd be happy to help you out." My previous dentists were willing to help, but This office doesn't want to help."

"Exellent staff for the most part. Unfortunately, made it to my daughter's appointment to find out the doctor was not in that day and no one had called to reschedule. Which, things happen but the person at the front desk had no empathy, did not say sorry for the unecesary trip, and did not even offer to reschedule us. I understand customer servive burn out in the health care system, specially at 4pm but you don't know what is on the other side of the counter. Maybe, i single mom, who had to leave work early, lossing hours of work in a company where people are being lay off and over time cut loose, all just to make it to your latest appointment 30 mins earlier in hopes not to keep you from going home to your family if we show up earlier. Not to mention you made me use unnecessary gas to drive to you while in a very thin-stretched out budget. So maybe in the future if rescheduling calls are slipped out and patients do ahow up for their supposed app on-time, at least offer a smile if you are not even going to say sorry for the inconvenience. Overall, everyone else strives to greet you cordially despite what they might be going through in their own personal lives."
