"I started suffering from a loss of balance and jumpy vision about a year ago. After seeing my PCP, having an MRI, and seeing a neurologist locally, I still had no real answers and no certain diagnosis. In that time I did much of my own research and concluded I had vestibular neuritis and oscillopsia. I waited 3 months to get an appointment with Dr. Rauch, and found a great deal of comfort in his ability to at least diagnose me immediately (bilateral vestibular hypoactivity and oscillopsia, aka Dandy's syndrome). Of course it was disappointing to know that there's little to be done to help my condition, but that's not his doing. Dr. Rauch listened attentively to my symptoms/complaints, was to the point, pleasant, and respectful.
