"I have been a patient at this practice for years. I never leave reviews but this is warranted and real. The front desk is horrible. A woman named Christine in particular was extremely unhelpful to me during a time of need. She wouldn’t give me her full name when speaking to her just a moment ago. She should not be speaking to patients, or anyone who pays money for a service, period. I had a large issue with getting a prescription refilled (that I RELY on) and she told me it was “my fault if something happened to me because of it” - when in reality they failed to call me back to reschedule an appointment which would have allowed me to get my prescription refilled. She then said “I have an appt today at 245” and I said “I can’t make that time” and she said “well you won’t get your prescription refilled then.” What kind of person would ever say that to a patient? Stay away from this practice. I will be transferring ASAP. She also was super snarky when I told her that I’d be reporting this- someone needs to see this because it’s straight up unethical the way she just treated me. Hopefully once she reads this, she realizes she can do much better- likely in a different job entirely."
