"This place is a joke!!!! Shuttle took forever to show up. No parking available, I thought I paid for a reserved spot, i had to park in the middle blocking other cars and had to leave the key with them. This place trully sucks."

"Posting for visibility: anyone parking with children in Boston or with a schedule should avoid the VPNE managed garages. The end of the garage feeds into a free valet service where car retrieval took almost an hour. Unless you’re looking to see a dystopian picture of children crying after being trapped 12 cars deep in a parking garage with no communication and parents unsuccessfully trying to wave down valets. If that’s what you’re looking for plenty to find here!"

"This is the lowest cost weekend parking in this area of the city. Most parking garages around here charge $42 for 2 hours parking. This garage charges $20 all day on weekends."

"TODAY I WAS ROBBED BY THIS COMPANY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, ONLY IF YOU REALLY NEED IT! I have been working at BMC since December 2022 and I started using their services on January 26th at 710 Albany garage and they charged the amount of $181, today to my surprise when I arrived my badge did not work and they said that my subscription had expired, i thought i would have paid for 3 months as all my friends pay $55 and i paid $181 the staff could not help me so i tried with the manager who showed me the contract and said it was my fault as they were charging for 610 albany st and not 710 Albany garage so I said it wasn't my fault and he could see in the system how I always parked in 710 and never 610 and in the contract it actually said 610 with another letter and not my handwriting where the address was In writing, anyway, I didn't get my money back and had to pay another $55 dollars, I felt ripped off and I don't recommend this company to anyone unless you really need it like I do…."
